From starting her career as a Dental Assistant to advancing through roles such as Clinical Coordinator, Treatment Coordinator, and Practice Manager, Nadine has a rare, hands-on understanding of every aspect of running a successful dental practice.
In addition to her extensive operational experience, Nadine has assisted dentists with new practice startups, providing guidance on staffing, workflows, and operational systems to ensure a smooth and successful launch.

Angel is the Temping Coordinator at Attention To Dental, overseeing the placement and management of experienced dental staff across our client practices. She ensures each placement is carefully matched to the specific needs of both the practice and the dental professional.
A key part of Angel’s role is interviewing and assessing our 5-star temp staff, applying her expertise in business management, HR, and organisation to select professionals who meet A2D’s high standards. This ensures clients consistently receive reliable, skilled, and professional support.
With over 8 years of experience in business and project management, administration, HR, and operations, Angel is passionate about streamlining processes, keeping practices organised, and making life easier for both clients and staff.
Outside of work, Angel enjoys spending time with her cats and dogs and maintaining an active lifestyle through various fitness activities. Her professionalism, dedication, and attention to detail make her an invaluable member of the Attention To Dental team.
We are doing that through employing and training premium quality staff for short term assignments, with the aim to have dentists requesting us by name.
Attention To Dental was established in 2021 in Melbourne, Australia by Nadine Mellor. We provide premium staffing solutions to the dental industry. Our defining nouns would be Boutique and Premium. We only employ the best staff, we believe awesome work deserves to be rewarded, and we seek customers who align with our values.
Nadine began her dental career in Adelaide in 1992, where she undertook the Certificate in Dental Assisting. After working general chairside assisting for a number of years she then moved into specialist clinics such as Endodontics and Orthodontics which also gave her the experience in sales as a Treatment Coordinator. More recently she worked in Practice Manager roles.
Nadine also spent time in the UK working in the NHS system.Nadine has had the opportunity to participate in many clinically focused conferences. This has given her a great understanding of the importance of clinical chair flow, infection control, instrument reprocessing and achieving accreditation.
